1. Not only did the manager not come to help us till the next day but we have been informed that because we didn't tell them that the door didn't latch every time(which we didn't know) in the first 2 days the hotel isn't going to reimburse us for anything that was taken.

4. Even when hotel shuttle wasn't available for a very early flight, desk help called and arranged for shuttle from next door hotel to take us-Called the general manager to express our compliments to him and he told us that it had not always been so good.
