1. The wait was a little annoying but the gentleman working the front desk was still very friendly while checking us in even though he was having to run around like crazy.

7. The rooms where clean and adiquate for our needs, We came to phoenix to play golf, and being both disables and OAPs the staff looked after both of us like royalty, nothing was to much trouble, Well done Linda (manager) and her team.
