1. Cons: No hot water (just warm enough to barley take a shower), breakfast was unhygienic, beds kill your back and make it very hard to enjoy the day, low towel supply, tv sounds funny, sprinklers tend to flood the entire property with water and its hard to walk to your car without slipping in water (just a personal pet-peeve really)All in all this place needs a lot of work, not that I expected anything fancy, just needed the basics covered.
