1. NOW A BRAND NEW HOLIDAY INN PROPERTYI have stayed at this property for years, and have to say that out of all my stays, this one by far is the best.

2. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel - I had read some reviews that said this wasn't the best place, but the front desk clerk was very friendly, upgraded my room and took care of my check in very quickly.

I hope they see that im spreading the word about the treatment, which i will say was not the best ever, to their 'business and leisure' customers so they know that I am not going to be treated badly, and that this person should be fired and/or punished for not giving the treatment a person deserves if they are trying to get a simple deal/bargain or more value of their stay.
