4. when we asked to be put in an upgraded room they put us in a newly remodeled room which was already falling apart, the furniture was broken and the sliding door they put to the bathroom didn't close, also the internet was to small to accommodate so many users and kept crashing.

5. The front desk staff was friendly, and accommodated an early check-in for us, but when we got to our room, there was an unpleasant ordor, the beds felt hard and cheep, the carpet was torn away a couple of inches just inside the doorway and the room as a whole felt old and not well maintained.
