1. We settled on the Radisson because it was cheaper than some other hotels downtown but still off the Light Rail.

2. There were really tasty restaurants nearby (Thai Basil, The Good Egg, and FEZ) and anything else we were able to access by lightrail (way cheaper than renting a car).
