3. I know it gets cold in winter in Phoenix, but if you're going to advertise a 'heated' pool, then you'd better deliver.

4. why would hotels design lobby's and put nice couch's in them, if you couldn't wait in them?I inspected this hotel and have to agree for such a high end hotel it is not operating in the 'high end' it needs better/friendlier/attentive staff.

6. Our only complaints are that the towels in our room were almost threadbare, and the a/c in the sleep number room had a fan that circulated on and off all night, keeping us awake for the better part of the night no matter what we did to try to shut it off.
