1. Rooms are very nice, service was excellent, But They had an event scheduled by the pool, I was on the 17th floor and the music was rocking the walls.

5. (honestly though the rest of the room was so clean and nice it didn't bother me) The elevator is old and during one break in the conference when it was enduring a lot of use, it just quit and we all had to use the stairs.

8. Within walking distance were several restaurants (from fast food & starbucks to high end restaturants), which was nice as I didn't have a rental car.
