2. Easy access off of I-10, and newly renovated room was nice, bringing room quality up to par with newer Drury Inns, including the one in north Phoenix.

3. There is a Four Points Sheraton right next door that looked newer and more welcoming, not that this hotel was all that bad, it just felt old.
