1. After he picked me up we went to the hotel where I was told I didn't get the coupon I needed to get the distressed passenger rate, but I assume the woman working the clerk saw the exhaustion and distressed look on my face and helped sort it out.

8. They refunded the money, let us use the hotel room for a few more hours and gave us free lunch buffet vouchers, but we were upset to learn that they have absolutely no outside survelliance cameras to help the police.
