1. The king sized bed didn't seem very big and the white comforter had a blood stain on it, which was obviously disgusting.

2. I got there at 11:00 PM getting a ride to the hotel on their shuttle was slow and painful ,no obvious number to call ,no regular service without calling,when they finally arrived at airport not a big enough van for everyone.

5. The main drawback is that it's big and old, so everything from the building entrances to the decor in the rooms and throughout the hotel needs to be renovated and updated to give it that modern, classy feel I've come to expect from Hilton.
