3. All in all, it's a perfectly acceptable property, but it doesn't feel all that close to the airport, and I can't imagine why anyone would stay in this part of Phoenix unless s/he had an early morning flight.

10. Going back to the ice machine I would recommend not accepting rooms that end in the range -16 to -26.
