1. The rooms are very well appointed with very large balconies and the Cloud Lounge (concierge level for adults only) was FANTASTIC.

3. The room was clean and well appointed however, there was a tear in the couch on a seam, the light outside the door was broken as was the bulb inside so that when coming back to the room at night it was difficult to see the door lock.

We were dismayed to arrive at the Canyon Villas via a very busy road only to find we had been placed in a block overlooking it at the outer reaches of the property - is this company policy for non-timeshare guests?We arrived at dusk and the communal landings/stairways were dark/uninviting and the reception and pool areas were not as well appointed as the Newport Coast property.
