6. The elevator is about the size of a refrigerator and as we went up to the 3rd floor, I saw my life flash before my eyes, the doors were opening on the way up and it shook like we were in an earthquake.

The hotel was horribly dirty, our room smelled like a dead rat, our electricity went out for a while (we were told b/c a maid shoved her cart into the closet and hit the circuit breaker), our toilet didn't flush (and as a runner with my own set of GI problems, that is not acceptable), and we don't think we had clean linen on our bed (there was hair on our sheets and the bedding smelled like the dead rat).
