4. - THE PASSAGEWAYS ARE MUSTY AND STINK - HOWEVER THE SECOND FLOOR SMELT WAY BETTER THEN THE THIRD FLOOR- COFFEE MACHINE WAS BROKEN AND NEARLY ELECTROCUTED US WHEN IT SPEWED WATER OVER THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS- there is no laundry or laundry service.

6. Downstairs in the am a different male clerk said it should have been handled better, and as guests checked out they all talked of the noise all night long.
