1. This hotel has many of the great aspects of the usual Sheraton hotels - convenient newer computers in the lobby, large rooms, comfortable beds, clean/newish bed linens, large TV, etc.

2. My coworker who reserved the room at the same time as me was upgraded to their Tower Suite section which was newer and nicer.

3. This is a hotel and conference center comprised of 2 sections-- 1 being rooms, which include the Club Level and the other being Suites(the newer section).
