1. I did request that one be sent to my email address but that didnt happen until I made a second request and the nice young desk clerk had to send it to me using his own email address because he said they did not allow anyother way.

8. The are fine and indoor poll was nice, but the service is the best I have ever seen and I've stayed in Top 10 in the world hotels.

10. The Good: Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good room cleaning and service during the day while I was out, plenty of hot water and standard hotel amenities, lap pool and hot tub were nice and not crowded with kids.
