4. The Good: Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good room cleaning and service during the day while I was out, plenty of hot water and standard hotel amenities, lap pool and hot tub were nice and not crowded with kids.

9. The hotel rooms were nice and comfortable but I was a bit shocked that the rooms are still furnished with tube TV's instead of LCD or plasma considering that the lobby and business areas seem to be updated with some of the most recent technology.
