5. The next morning I asked for a refund to Hotwire & the new front desk clerk (blonde & also very rude) said they can't refund which I know for a fact is not true they just won't do it.

6. There were many features that were very nice about this hotel: the location was great, it was very quiet (despite being full of teenage students), is was clean, and the rooms were nicely decorated and new.

10. )staff finaly gave us a room only to come back and find it was occupied ,so they quickly got us another room , in which the jacuzzi was dirty the microwave was unclean we had no hot water in the shower it was'nt cold it just was'nt hot the cable was out ,we did have limited chanels our cholceswere all religon all news, all sports or the familey chanel.
