4. While there are several hotel choices in this convenient vicinity of south Indianapolis, I found this to be an excellent choice: refurbishing of the hotel [as HIE seems to be doing nationally]; clean, attractive rooms; a helpful staff; proximity to freeways and local attractions; free breakfast.

6. When I arrived at 10pm, I was greeted with free freshly made cookies, a fruit snack, and a bottle of water (because I was a member of their free Choice Privileges program, which I signed up for when I made my online reservation).
