1. One other silly gripe: I am a Marriott Gold member and did not feel like I was treated as one--no upgrade, no towels, nothing.

2. In fairness to the staff, the hotel seemed busy and there may have been teenagers staying there for Prom or something like that, and the staff all seemed tired.

4. The bed was comfortable, with what seemed like a new mattress, which made sleep comfortable and easy.

7. This hotel did not meet my most basic requirements of having a decent night's sleep (due to soundproofing issues) and of service (I like to have my room cleaned every day, which is not a huge request in my mind).

9. I like when the hotel staff reply 'my pleasure' after the guest requests something (extra hangers, where the closest ATM is, etc.

10. The vanity was granite but small most likely because they tried to maximize the amount of space in the room.
