3. Then I tried to get credited for the second parking payment- you guessed it- the general manager has not approved a front desk procedure for crediting parking when you pay twice- was told it had to be approved by the 'accountant'.

4. I generally like to stay where a free breakfast is provided but didn`t think that would be an issue for a city the size of Indianapolis; however, we did not find many places to have breakfast nearby, and what we found was as pricey as the Courtyard`s buffet.
