1. The WiFi was spotty - honestly Starbucks' WiFi was better - and it took a good ten minutes for the water in the shower to warm up.

3. Pretty standard for the Hyatt Place Brand which in general I think represents a good value for a mid priced hotel.

4. A good location at Keystone at the Crossing, with shopping, good restaurants and a movie theatre all within 5 minutes or less from the hotel.
