1. The free breakfast is pretty mediocre unless you special order something, but if you're in a hurry forget that.

As a regional manager, i am many times in a location with few better quality lodging choices, and over the years prefer the Marriott Courtyards, but these new Hyatt places are great, the rooms are better, nice lounge/couch, great TV, free Internet and Breakfast, and they have free computers/printers too.
