1. I have used many meeting rooms in my travels and I have NEVER had a conference room that was this well appointed and easy-to-use.

2. Yes the rooms are large and very well appointed but the little things are cheap like the hair dryer or the one tea bag and 2 packets of sugar substitute neither of which the maid replaced.
