6. Shortly after we checked in, a manager called us just to see if we were happy with the room, which I was impressed with, especially given how busy they must have been with a full hotel.

7. So I guess we got what we were entitled to but why did I get hung up on and why did I have to go get it? I know my sister-in-law (the bride) had a few issues that she wasn't real happy with that concerned customer service as well but since it wasn't my experience I am not going to write about it.

8. Mc Cormick & Schmicks is located inside the hotel and has some great happy hour specials if you want a cheap meal.
