1. We paid 74$ for a double room, that for the US standards is cheap, and we didn't expect a so lovely place for that price.

5. The hotel is close enough to the Whitehouse that I was able to hop on a bus at the corner and very close to some lovely shops and eating places - I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel .

9. Location was ideal for us to walk approx 15-20mins to sightseeing spots like the White House, Monument and the Mall (Smithsonian muesums etc), and it was a lovely walk through the streets to get there.
