Still we made the best of the situation and found these positives:decent staff, comfortable beds, Starbucks and Cosi adjoing the hotel, weekday free university shuttle to Dupont Metro, bus from Resevoir Road to center of Georgetown, Cheap breakfast at hospital cafteria, downstairs you can get on the Hoya wifi for free, Always cabs in front of the hotel.

3. we checked in (there was only 1 member of staff to be seen in the whole lobby) and we found the room to be pretty decent.
