1. The heating/AC units were pretty loud but we were able to get the room cooled down at night (and open the windows for a bit) and turn the fans off.

3. The only drawbacks in the room were poor water pressure with variable water temperature and the A/C didn't keep the room very cool.

4. We did this even though we then had to wait close to two hours for the overly loud air conditioner to cool off the room since the air was not on in this room prior to our arrival.
