Positives: -- Great location with easy walking to DuPont Circle area and walking distance to Metro-- Safe neighbor hood with several nice restaurants-- stylish, if somewhat small, lobby where you can sit and have a drink etc -- Rooms are relatively recently renovated so a bit bland in design but not shabby/old etc.

The hotel lobby area is sleek and sharp in its the design and the hotel rooms have an even more funkier and modern look to them while still being stylish (We were told by staff we were given a newly refurbished room so ask at check in if you can get one) The look and feel of the accommodation along with the helpful staff give this a 4 star rating but only just because of that.
