1. While even basic accommodations aren't cheap in Washington, there is no reason to pay this much for this little.

The hotel lobby area is sleek and sharp in its the design and the hotel rooms have an even more funkier and modern look to them while still being stylish (We were told by staff we were given a newly refurbished room so ask at check in if you can get one) The look and feel of the accommodation along with the helpful staff give this a 4 star rating but only just because of that.
