1. We had reserved 2 Queens - ended up with a King bed and pullout couch - It did work out ok but we booked the 2 queens for a reason.

3. Overall, you do need to put up with some inconveniences due to the renovations, but in exchange the rooms are very reasonably priced and quite comfortable.
