One block from the Dupont circle red line, the coolest neighborhood in buttoned--up DC, lots of bars (gay & straight) and restaurants so you don`t have to eat the way mediocre room sevice at the Westin, across the street from the Phillips Collection, the best gallery in DC, Kramer`s is open all day for food.
