A little walk to the metro (5-10 mins) or to the main attractions (15-20 mins) but the walks are through pleasant parts of town, more residential areas and you are not really far as you are sort of between the White House, Rock Creek Pkwy/Georgetown, and Dupont Circle - a good location for sure.
