1. Not that you need to stray far from the hotel to get great food (the late night bacon cheeseburger is the best) and well poured drinks (Sam the bartender took VERY good care of us and remembered me & the family from a visit a year ago), and a very good breakfast & brunch (Anthony and the rest of the restaurant staff are excellent.

2. As a tourist who had never been to DC before I asked the front desk as I checked in which was the best way to go to see the sights and they gave me a free map and pointed me in the right direction (very helpful advice), not too far to walk to the Whitehouse and not too far to walk to the bus stop at DuPont Circle which took me most places, the very reasonably priced taxis took me elsewhere.

8. When we asked for directions, they were happy to take the time to tell us how to get to our desired destination, and they also told us the best way to get there (taxi, metro, walk, etc).

10. My only ding on the room was the air was not the best but thankfully the weather was amazing during our stay so the room did not get extremely warm.
