1. There is a nice courtyard beside the hotel for smokers, but is a bit of a hassle to have to get dressed every time one wants to go outside to smoke.

2. When you walk out of the hotel, make a left and a half a block away is the Metro Center train station so you have access to get around the city conveniently and without hassle.
