Fourth and similarly, it'd be nice not to think the hotel was trying to milk us for our money, but when the hotel charges for even local telephone calls (which it does), it's
hard
not to leave with that impression.

The room was clean but nothing fancy and we found the bed to be a bit
hard

I don't really care about the 1980's style TV that was clearly a cutout from the mirrored closet doors (the door actually covers the TV when you need closet access) or the overall old, dumpy feeling of the hotel or even the very
hard
bed - but how does this hotel rate 4 stars?.

If I had got the $90 rate I would of had no complaints but after arriving late evening to find no room service after 10, that was
hard
to stomach when paying $260 a night.

In major cities, they can be
hard
to find, and reasonable quality can be very expensive.
