6. ) At the hotel, I had a couple of problems such as the coffee pot, DSL Internet cable,and one TV remote didn`t work - but the hotel replaced all of them for me and comped one night of my stay for me after I complained of slow service too and two other problems.

7. My only complaint was that retrieving the car from the valet parking could be slow (an issue of short staffing, not forgetfulness) and I wish it were a little closer to a metro stop.
