6. ) At the hotel, I had a couple of problems such as the coffee pot, DSL Internet cable,and one TV remote didn`t work - but the hotel replaced all of them for me and comped one night of my stay for me after I complained of slow service too and two other problems.

7. When I complained about the bed they said they cannot help me as it was late? I went by the ratings on this website it looks like they are by managment rather then by visitor`s, or it could be my badluck.
