1. 240) was HUGE, light and airy (again, rare, when so may rooms have little or no natural light), overlooking the small but immaculately clean pool area with amazingly comfortable loungers but ridiculously small towels.

2. why wouldn't you do routine maintenance when the room was not occupied? And then the air conditioner kicked on and apparently the coolers were directly above our room - the room was vibrating - the sound and vibration were ridiculous.
