1. Some times of the year there are alot of kids at the small pool and it is very noisy and crowed especiall spring break and May 5, and teenager soccer, baseball and any other sport playoffs.

2. Outside entries into the rooms, noisy pool play you can hear late into the evening, a tiny tiny bathroom with no sink in the bath area, and old and uncomfortable worn furniture.
