4. However, the plumbing need upgrade and maintenance, the carpet need cleaning/replacement too, the TV is a 19 ' CRT type, WIFI works intermittently, air conditionning is reliable but a little bit noisy.

5. The only complaint about the room is taht it was right on the first tee of the golf course and right near the cart storage and maintaince area, this meant it was kind of noisy starting around 6 am, not good if you would like to sleep in a bit.
