1. I can personally attest to the cleanliness of the carpets because this last visit, the carpet cleaner smell greeted us upon entering our room.

4. We checked in late and as soon as we opened the door, the odor was a cat or human smell of urine, I opened the patio door which helped on 3 rd floor,otherwise everything else was acceptable.
