2. Only downside is room does not have A/C and even in March (granted, I'm from the Midwest) it felt hot to me, especially with the heavy duvet.

4. -the only downside is that the restaurant breakfast is pricey and they don't seem willing to provide "poolside" service for food/beverage-even after going in to the restaurant/bar to order I had to go back in only to find my food packed up and sitting on the bar getting cold in spite of advising the staff person where I was at the pool.
