1. There was absolutely nothing about my stay at the Lodge that was negative, and everything about it that I loved.

2. Only slightly negative comment is that the pool is set apart from the hotel a short distance - a few minutes walk through the car park (listen for the very large owl in the trees .

3. The only negative point is the pool: it could be change to be me more like an oasis/ more decorative/ relaxing pool as actually it`s an olympic pool.

4. Loved `em both, but we keep going back to The Lodge precisely because of some of the 'negative' comments on this site by former guests who regretted the lack of amenities and resort-style hotel service.
