2. If the only hotel fees you're used to these days are a $2 internet fee or a $5 parking fee -- as a review below that complains about an "awful" experience -- then I would say your experience and expectations are far different than mine.

9. To the people who complained about lack of staff, the pool (you are also able to use the Loew`s pool if you`d like), and numerous other things -- maybe you stayed somewhere else other than The Lodge at Ventana Canyon.
