1. Window are old school single pane windows with storms, so they are a little drafty and let a decent amount of traffic noise in.

2. I understand the hotel also 'moonlights' as additional housing for the University students, but cannot say they created a noise issue at all, on quite the contrary, it was nice to see them utilizing the lobby for their studies.

3. Our room was very quiet, and we did not experience a noise problem at any time during our stay.

4. My only complaint would be the air/heating unit which did make a bit of noise; it was also difficult at times to keep the room at a constant temperature.
