1. I understand the hotel also 'moonlights' as additional housing for the University students, but cannot say they created a noise issue at all, on quite the contrary, it was nice to see them utilizing the lobby for their studies.

2. We did notice the facility is used as alternatve housing for Syracuse University, but this was not an issue when we stayed.

3. The heat which is a combo AC unit in noisey and would have been an issue if I didn't use earplugs.
