4. Some issues, noise came through my door because it didnt close right, the coffee maker wasnt plugged in and I had to move the fridge to get to the plug.

7. CONS: No elevators, parking can be an issue, and rooms close to 1st Street may hear some jolly shouts from the patrons coming out of the nightclub next door.

10. Upon checking out i wanted to let the front desk know of our concerns but the clerk had a note on the door that she was out for a while and we really needed to get on the road so i didn't get to talk to anyone about the issues.
