2. The hotel isn't really in a walkable area like the ones closer to the Spokane convention center, but we had a vehicle so it wasn't a problem, just a short 5 minute drive to the center.

3. The room is right next to the freeway so if you are a very light sleeper, maybe an issue for you, but we had zero problems with freeway noise.

5. OH yeah the review I read that was the latest one on this site said that they have had this problem before , and I guess they didn't care enough to fix it although they had their manager comment on the review and make a big deal out of it.

9. We came to a convention and knew guests in other rooms that didn't have these problems, so we knew it was just our room needing some maintenance and not a reflection of the entire hotel.
